I can not even imagine how are the probabilities to obtain the original setting as a result at this point…but I suspect that they are astronomically low! A bunch of Camarilla and two Sabbat cities are described, too, showing their actual situation and including some plot-seeds.
Also, the geopolitical aspects of the setting are randomly generated: sometimes, one faction will be more powerful in some areas of the USA, and sometimes it will be in others. The same is applied to the Sabbat and the Independents. But each of these roles will be occupied by a random clan. For example, in the Camarilla, there will those who rule, those who (more or less) support them, those who want to usurp them, those who are always protesting, those who stay on the sidelines, those whose deal deal nobody knows and those who are on they way out.
So, in each new setting, the composition of the main factions is both similar and different than the original one. There will be grammar inconsistencies in the text, because sometimes the fragments don't fit perfectly when joined…but also because English is not my first language (and this also explains the presence of typos here and there). That’s 5 pages in Word (with an Arial 11 font) when I copy&paste it directly in that program. From its humble beginnings, this generator has turned into a monstrosity that regurgitates a wall of text of (more or less) 2500 words. Those who are also members of rpg.net probably will know that already, as this begun some weeks ago, and its evolution is described in this thread of that forum. I have created a (mega)table for the free program Inspiration Pad Pro that generates an alternate setting for Vampire, the Masquerade 20 th Anniversary Edition. The following can be considered the greatest of all heresies, a mere anecdote or anything in the middle.
